Whatever Nicole did, sending Reiki vibes my way worked! I went from having the fertility office suggest cancelling an upcoming IVF appointment to having six follicles that are ready for retrieval.

This was my first reiki session and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Nicole guided me through the experience and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed to give and receive energy. Nicole is very gifted at her craft and genuinely cares about her clients throughout each session, before and after. I can't wait for my next session!

Nicole doesn’t just know the poses – she understands the human body. My hips were destroyed from sports, and surgery left me with flexibility issues. Nicole found counter-intuitive movements that worked magic, released the muscles, and made my hips looser than they’ve been in years! Even my
physical therapist couldn’t deliver the relief she did!

Brainspotting & SAFE EMDR
Trauma-Focused Healing for Mind, Body & Nervous System Integration
Welcome to our Brainspotting, SAFE EMDR, and Neuro-Somatic Processing resource space, where we explore integrative approaches designed to support healing from trauma, attachment wounds, emotional distress, and the lasting effects of lived experience.
Our work combines Brainspotting, SAFE EMDR (Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR), and body-based approaches to help individuals process experiences without requiring repeated retelling or re-experiencing of painful events. Instead, we work from a place of safety, regulation, curiosity, and connection—allowing healing to unfold at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
These approaches recognize that trauma is not only held in memory, but may also live within the body, nervous system, sensations, emotions, and protective adaptations developed over time.
What Are Brainspotting & SAFE EMDR?
Brainspotting is a brain-body therapeutic approach that uses eye positions to access deeper processing systems connected to stored trauma, emotional experiences, and nervous system activation. The premise is simple: where you look affects how you feel. By identifying relevant visual points, Brainspotting helps access experiences that may exist beyond language or conscious awareness.
SAFE EMDR (Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR) expands traditional EMDR by incorporating attachment experiences, nervous system regulation, body awareness, and relational healing. This approach acknowledges that trauma often exists within the context of relationships, developmental experiences, and patterns of safety and connection.
Together, these approaches create opportunities for deeper integration of the mind, body, nervous system, and emotional experience.
Key Features
Trauma Healing Through Safety
Healing does not require reliving or forcing exposure to painful experiences. Both Brainspotting and SAFE EMDR support processing within a regulated, attuned environment.
Somatic & Neurobiological Integration
We work with bodily sensations, nervous system responses, emotions, and internal experiences to support deeper healing beyond cognition alone.
Attachment & Relational Healing
SAFE EMDR incorporates attachment-focused work, exploring early experiences, relational patterns, unmet needs, and protective responses that continue to influence present life.
Parts & Inner Child Exploration
Sessions may integrate parts work and inner child exploration to gently support reconnection with younger experiences, protective roles, and emotional wounds.
Felt Sense Awareness
Rather than relying solely on memories or narratives, these approaches honor the felt sense experience—the body’s internal language of sensations, emotions, tension, activation, and regulation.
Mind–Body–Nervous System Integration
We believe healing happens through integration. Our work honors the interconnected relationship between thoughts, emotions, physiology, body sensations, and lived experience.
Untangling Internal Patterns
Trauma can create layers of internal conflict, activation, and holding. This work supports unwinding protective patterns while fostering regulation, self-trust, resilience, and connection.
Integrative Support
Brainspotting and SAFE EMDR may be thoughtfully integrated alongside complementary practices such as:
• Therapeutic Yoga
• Mindfulness & Meditation
• Breathwork
• Integrative Bodywork
• Somatic Practices
• Reiki & Energy Work
• Nervous System Education
This allows healing to extend beyond insight and into embodiment.
Begin Your Healing Journey
Whether you are navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, overwhelm, grief, life transitions, chronic stress, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, Brainspotting and SAFE EMDR offer pathways toward healing that honor both the body and the story.
Healing is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about creating enough safety to reconnect with what has always been there.

Out of all the healing modalities, I have not experienced one more effective at releasing and processing trauma. I was able to move through traumas I've been holding onto since childhood. -N.B.
