Myofascial Release

MFR is the science behind the roll of fascia

Every day, our understanding of the fascial system grows. Recent research reveals that this interconnected system acts holistically, serving as a supportive, binding material for our bones, muscles, and joints. Imagine it as a complete latex body suit, a network of myofascial chains that harmoniously unite the entire system.

At our facility, we leverage myofascial release techniques from a therapeutic perspective to complement your connective tissue health and enhance movement. This, in turn, contributes to performance improvement, aids in recovery, and serves as a preventive measure against injuries.

During a Myofascial Release Session, we will:

  • Examine the function and dysfunction of the fascia

  • Identify common areas and trigger points in the body

Thai Yoga Bodywork, rooted in the ancient healing traditions of Ayurveda and Thai Buddhism, offers the combined benefits of massage, yoga, and energy work in a nurturing dance.

 

Derived from centuries-old practices, this whole-body treatment is traditionally administered on a floor mat with clients fully clothed. Thai Yoga Bodywork harmoniously blends passive stretching and joint movement with various touch techniques, working along energy meridians known as "sen" in Thai. The entire treatment unfolds as a graceful, nurturing, and interactive dance, tailored to the unique condition of each individual.

Complementing Thai Yoga Bodywork is Assisted Stretching, where bodywork techniques are enhanced with hands-on assists inspired by Yoga Therapeutics. This approach aims to elevate range of motion, enhance mobility, and realign fascial structures. Through the incorporation of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), these sessions reset your body's firing mechanisms, preventing injuries and promoting efficient bodily function.

Assisted stretching seamlessly merges the advantages of Myofascial Release and Thai Yoga Bodywork with additional modalities, creating a comprehensive experience that brings total body tension relief.

Body Spotting

Where the body leads, healing follows

Inspired by Brainspotting, Body Spotting is a somatic approach that invites mindful awareness to areas of tension, sensation, or emotional charge within the body. Through gentle presence and guided attention, you learn to access and release stored trauma and energetic blockages, supporting deep regulation, embodiment, and integration. This practice bridges the mind-body connection, allowing healing to unfold organically from within by bringing awareness to where the body holds the story.
