Ever feel like you're just treading water? The world is chaotic around you and all you can do is try not to drown? Instead... let's float, even if it's just for a few moments.
In this workshop we will hold deep, "stretchy" poses for anywhere from 3-5+ minutes. These Yin yoga asanas (poses) target both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
